Why we do this

Most online clothing stores sell you a feeling. We simply want to sell you well-fitting clothing.

When we started Nabuno, we saw the same pattern everywhere. Online stores full of hundreds of products that look good in photos but disappoint in real life. Garments that lose their shape after two washes. Sizes that are inaccurate. Returns that take weeks.

We thought: this can be done differently.

What we do differently

We deliberately keep our selection manageable. No hundreds of products to scroll through endlessly. A carefully selected collection of clothing and accessories that we fully stand behind.

Every product you see on our site has been personally selected by our team based on three things: fit, material, and comfort. Not everything makes it into the collection. That is exactly the point.

How we work

We are a small and dedicated team. We deliberately keep it that way. A small team means direct communication, quick decisions, and personal service.

When you email us, a real person will reply. No chatbot and no standard template. We aim to answer every question within 24 hours.

We offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. Every order includes track & trace and insured shipping. If something is not quite to your satisfaction, you have 30 days to return your order.

What we are working toward

We do not necessarily want to become the largest online store. That is not our goal either. Our goal is for customers to choose Nabuno again with confidence. Not because we are the cheapest, but because the products, service, and overall shopping experience are right.
