Why we do this

Most online clothing stores sell you a feeling. We just want to sell you well-fitting clothes.

When we started Nabuno, we saw the same pattern everywhere. Webshops full of hundreds of products that look good in the photo but disappoint in real life. Garments that lose their shape after two washes. Sizes that don’t match. Returns that take weeks.

We thought: it can be different.

What we do differently

We deliberately keep our assortment clear and manageable. No hundreds of products you have to endlessly scroll through. A carefully selected collection of clothing and accessories that we fully stand behind.

Every product you see on our site is personally selected by our team based on three things: fit, material, and comfort. Not everything makes it into the collection. That’s exactly the point.

How we work

We are a small and dedicated team. We keep it that way on purpose. A small team means short lines, quick decisions, and personal service.

If you email us, you get a real person answering. No chatbot and no standard template. We strive to answer every question within 24 hours.

We ship free to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. Every order is delivered with track & trace and insured shipping. If something is not quite right, you have 30 days to return your order.

Where we are headed

We don’t necessarily want to become the biggest webshop. That’s not our goal. Our goal is that customers confidently choose Nabuno again. Not because we are the cheapest, but because the products, service, and complete shopping experience are right.
