Every product page includes a size chart. We recommend using it. If you have any trouble, our customer service is happy to help you.

Once your order is ready for shipment, the average delivery time is 5-9 business days for orders within the Netherlands. You can track your order via "Track your order".

If the order has not yet been processed, you can change or cancel it up to 24 hours after placing it. After this, the order will be finalized and shipped.

How unfortunate that your order arrived damaged. We kindly ask you to send a photo/video of the damaged item along with a description to info@nabuno.com

Please also let us know if you would like to receive the product again at no extra cost, or if you prefer a refund.

Shipping and tracking

Nabuno covers shipping costs and offers 100% free shipping on all products.

No worries! We will keep you continuously updated about your order via email, and you can also track it live on our website. From the moment your package arrives at the postal company, Track & Trace information will be available. Please note that some delays may occur.

The total delivery time for orders to the Netherlands and Belgium is on average 5 to 9 working days. For orders to Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary, the total delivery time is on average 8 to 12 working days. This includes processing time.

Sometimes delivery may take a little longer due to external factors, such as busy periods at the delivery service, national holidays, or delays during transport. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible and will keep you informed of the status via email.

Returns and warranties

Returns are processed through our return address in the Netherlands. Please contact us first via info@nabuno.com before sending a return. It is necessary to email us proof of the return shipment.

We offer a 30-day return policy (after receipt).

It takes an average of 5 business days to process the refund after we have processed the return.

Shipping is free, but return costs are at your own expense. The average shipping costs for returning an item range between €8.95 and €12.95, depending on the package and the carrier. You can find more information about this in our return policy.
