Our return policy

At Nabuno, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 30 days of receipt. You do not need to provide a reason.

This is more generous than the statutory 14-day withdrawal right that applies to online purchases within the EU. Under European consumer law, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason. We offer you 30 days instead of the statutory 14 days. You can use the standard withdrawal form by contacting us via info@nabuno.com after which we will send you the form.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn and unused, in the same condition as you received them. All original labels and hangtags must still be attached. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or order number) is required.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. This includes worn items, items without original packaging, and items from which labels or hangtags have been removed.

Return costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The average shipping costs for returning an item to our return center in Germany range between €8.95 and €12.95, depending on the postal company and package size. These costs exclude any service fees charged by the carrier. Return shipping costs may be higher depending on the size and weight of the package.

Exception: for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items, the return costs are covered by us.

For items over €75, we recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Restocking fee: €0 – We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

How do I return an item?

  1. Contact us via info@nabuno.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. After your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation with return instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the item in the original packaging, including all labels and hangtags.
  4. Send the package to our return address.
  5. Email us proof of return shipment (track & trace code or shipping receipt). This is mandatory.

Return processing time

After receiving your return, we process it within 2 business days. The item is inspected, and if it meets the return conditions, your refund will be approved.

Refund

Approved refunds are automatically processed via your original payment method within 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 1 to 3 business days before the amount appears in your account.

Refund of original shipping costs

For a full return, the original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with European consumer law. For a partial return (not all items from the order), the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Partial returns

If you return only part of your order, you will receive a refund for the returned item. The original shipping costs will not be refunded in this case.

Delayed or missing refund

Have you not received a refund after 7 business days? First, check your bank account. Then contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. Still need help? Send us an email via info@nabuno.com and we will investigate it for you.

Damaged or defective items

Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Please contact us within 30 days of receipt via info@nabuno.com with your order number and a photo or video of the damaged item. In this case, the return costs are on us and you will receive a free replacement or a full refund, your choice.

Incorrect or incomplete orders delivered

Did you receive the wrong item or are items missing from your order? Then please contact us as soon as possible via info@nabuno.com with your order number and a description or photo of what you received. We will resolve this free of charge with a correct delivery or a full refund.

Cancellation before shipping

You can cancel your order free of charge within 24 hours after placing the order, provided it has not yet been processed by our warehouse. Please contact us via info@nabuno.com with your order number. Has the order already been shipped? Then the cancellation falls under our regular return policy.

Exchange

Exchanges are possible if you received the wrong size or wrong item. Send an email to info@nabuno.com with your order number and a brief description. Our team will assist you with the exchange process as soon as possible. If you want a different product or size, you can also return the item and place a new order.

International returns

We ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation after shipping and refused packages

If you no longer want to keep your order, we ask you to accept the package and use our return procedure. This way, we can process your return correctly and handle your refund.

If a package is refused upon delivery or not collected at a pickup point, we reserve the right to deduct any incurred costs from the refundable amount, as far as legally permitted. These costs may include shipping costs, return costs, processing fees, and other costs resulting from the refused or uncollected shipment.

We therefore recommend that you always accept your order and, if you wish to return it, send it back to us via the regular return procedure.

Non-returnable items

Items that cannot be returned are products marked as non-returnable on the product page, and gift vouchers. All other items in our assortment are returnable under the stated conditions.

Gifts

If the item was purchased as a gift, you will receive a gift voucher equal to the value of the returned item.

Legal rights

This return policy does not affect your legal rights as a consumer under Dutch and European consumer law.
