Shipping policy

At Nabuno, we offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. Every order is shipped with track & trace and insured against theft, loss, or damage.

No customs or import fees are charged for orders within the European Union. For orders to the United Kingdom, local taxes or import fees may apply depending on the order.

All delivery times are in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During busier periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

Processing time

Within 1–2 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Orders placed on business days before 19:00 (GMT +01:00 Amsterdam) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 19:00 or on weekends are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your package has been collected by our shipping partner, the shipping time begins:

Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary: 7–10 business days

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping to all countries where Nabuno operates: the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. There is no minimum order value. Every shipment includes track & trace and insurance against theft, loss, or damage to the package.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your order via our website or the shipping partner's website.

Please note: it may take up to 2 business days before tracking information becomes available. For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In that case, you will receive a separate tracking code for each package.

Lost or damaged packages

Did you not receive your package within the stated delivery time? Then contact us via info@nabuno.com with your order number. We will start an investigation with the shipping partner.

Did your package arrive damaged? Send us an email with your order number and a photo or video of the damage. All orders can optionally be insured against theft, loss, and damage. After confirmation, you will receive a replacement item or a full refund, as you prefer.
