Shipping policy

At Nabuno, we offer free shipping to the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. Every order is shipped with track & trace and is insured against theft, loss, or damage.

No customs or import fees are charged for orders within the European Union. For orders to the United Kingdom, local taxes or import fees may apply depending on the order.

All delivery times are in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. During busy periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, shipping may take slightly longer than usual.

Processing time

Within 1–2 business days after placing your order, it will be checked, approved, and packed. Orders placed on business days before 7:00 PM (GMT +01:00 Amsterdam) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your package has been picked up by our shipping partner, the shipping time begins:

The Netherlands and Belgium: 4–7 business days

Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary: 7–10 business days

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping to all countries where Nabuno operates: the Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, the Czech Republic, Poland, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Romania, Slovakia, and Hungary. There is no minimum order amount. Every shipment includes track & trace and insurance against theft, loss, or damage to the package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code. With this code, you can track your order via our website or the shipping partner’s website.

Note: it may take up to 2 business days before tracking information is available. For logistical reasons, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In that case, you will receive a separate track & trace code for each package.

Lost or damaged packages

Have you not received your package within the indicated delivery time? Then contact us via info@nabuno.com with your order number. We will start an investigation with the shipping partner.

Did your package arrive damaged? Send us an email with your order number and a photo or video of the damage. All orders are optionally insured against theft, loss, and damage. After confirmation, you will receive a new item or a full refund, your choice.
